Day 1: Chandigarh to Srinagar (Flight/Train + Transfer)
Your journey begins with a flight or train from Chandigarh to Srinagar. Upon arrival, our representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel or deluxe houseboat. In the evening, enjoy a Shikara ride on Dal Lake, surrounded by snow-draped mountains and floating gardens. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 2: Srinagar Sightseeing – Mughal Gardens & Old City
After breakfast, set out to explore Srinagar’s iconic attractions. Visit the famous Mughal Gardens – Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, and Chashme Shahi. Continue to Shankaracharya Temple for panoramic views of the city. In the afternoon, explore the old city bazaars and shop for authentic Kashmiri handicrafts, pashmina shawls, and saffron. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 3: Srinagar to Gulmarg – Winter Wonderland
After breakfast, drive to Gulmarg (approx. 2 hours), a charming hill station known as the "Meadow of Flowers" and a hub for winter sports. Enjoy snow activities like skiing, snowboarding, and sledging (optional). Don’t miss the Gondola ride to Apharwat Peak for stunning Himalayan views. In the evening, return to your hotel in Gulmarg. Overnight stay in Gulmarg.
Day 4: Gulmarg to Srinagar – Leisure & Local Exploration
After breakfast, you have time to explore Gulmarg further or simply relax amidst the snow. Later, drive back to Srinagar. Enjoy a leisurely evening at the Boulevard Road along Dal Lake, tasting local Kashmiri delicacies like Rogan Josh, Dum Aloo, and Kahwa. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 5: Srinagar to Chandigarh – Departure
After breakfast, transfer to Srinagar Airport for your flight back to Chandigarh with unforgettable memories of Srinagar & Gulmarg’s winter charm.
